About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Cole Pediatric Therapy. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence and participation in daily activities for children with various disabilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess and document patient progress using standardized assessment tools.
  • Adapt treatment methods to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT).
  • Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
  • Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$28- $31 hourly depending on experience.

Schedule

Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4-10 hour days or even 3-10-12 hour days). Part time options available as well (>20 hours/wk part time is eligible to receive part-time benefits such as PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K plan, Dental, Vision, etc.).
