Blue Stone Therapy is proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work® Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Dunlap, IA. We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Dunlap Specialty Care in Dunlap, IA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, and functional tasks
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa
