Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care
- Implement individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes
- Treat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and rehabilitation settings
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
