Occupational Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with therapeutic activities, ADL training, and restorative programs to enhance function, safety, and independence.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Document residents' progress and outcomes accurately.
• Educate residents and their families about therapy goals and techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment that emphasizes dignity, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
