Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to assist patients in regaining or improving daily skills, primarily in a Home Health setting. The role involves evaluating and providing therapy to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, helping them achieve better independence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans
• Documenting care using common home health software
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license
• Home Health experience required; travel or contract experience preferred
• Ability to complete background screening and hold BLS certification
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks
• Must accept assignment with minimal onboarding documentation
