Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility, assisting individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or improve daily living and working skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining or improving daily skills
• Provide activities of daily living (ADL) retraining
• Recommend and train on adaptive equipment
• Support discharge planning
• Accurate documentation in electronic medical records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Mississippi OT license
• Experience in skilled nursing settings (preferred)
