Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
• Document progress and communicate with patients and families
• Adapt treatment plans based on patient response and changing conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Schedule

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Scheduled workdays include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities
• Scheduled workdays include Tuesday and Thursday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities
• Floating to other facilities is required as needed
