Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location in Richland, WA.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain or improve daily skills while traveling
• Work in a skilled nursing facility or short-stay rehabilitation environment
• Manage a caseload averaging approximately 65 skilled patients
• Document using PCC and Net Health electronic medical record systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active Washington State OT license required to start the assignment
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or short-stay rehabilitation environment preferred
• Experience with electronic medical record systems such as PCC and Net Health preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a caseload averaging approximately 65 skilled patients preferred

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Days shift with typical therapy hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM.
