Responsibilities

- Help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills. - Manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and those with medically complex conditions. - Work in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. - Document patient progress using common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records. - Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. - Active Wyoming OT license required to start the assignment. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. - Proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. - Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and medically complex conditions preferred.
