Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy focused on pelvic health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on therapy processes and goals
• Supervise occupational therapy students as needed
• Support professional development activities
• Maintain licensure and adhere to clinic policies

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license
• Pelvic health certification (Herman & Wallace or APTA)
• Prior clinical experience in pelvic health
• BLS certification may be required

Schedule

This is a 13-week assignment with a 5x8 shift pattern (5 days per week, 8 hours per day).
