About the Role
Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to support patients in a home health setting, helping them regain or improve daily living skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and treatment visits in patients' homes.
- Document using HCHB system accurately and efficiently.
- Provide therapy for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, with a focus on home health care.
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (minimum: Associate's).
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license.
- At least one year of home health OT experience.
- Experience with HCHB documentation; BLS certification may be required.
- Ability to work independently in a home environment.
Preferred Skills
- Lymphedema therapy experience.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 0800-1600.
Additional Details
- Work in a home health facility with travel across Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Dress code: Scrubs.
