Responsibilities
- Conducting evaluations
- Developing care plans
- Delivering therapy sessions
- Documenting in EMR
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Educating patients and caregivers
Qualifications
- Valid OT license
- Basic EMR proficiency
- CPR certification
- Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and driving to care sites
