Occupational Therapist - School Based

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for school-based roles. In this position, you will evaluate and provide therapy to students to improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent injury.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ needs through evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer exercises and therapeutic interventions
• Communicate with healthcare teams, educators, and families
• Document patient care and progress
• Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• Eligibility for Washington State OT license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in school or pediatric settings (preferred)

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Effective communication with students, families, and teams
• Adherence to policies, protocols, and ethical standards

Pay

$1,995–$2,100 per week.

Schedule

Approximately 35 hours per week, aligned with the academic calendar. Caseload varies by school.
