Responsibilities
- Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
- Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
- Collaborates with guests, families, and other team members to coordinate treatment plans.
- Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Maintains records of guest progress and communicates with team members regarding treatment outcomes.
- Makes adjustments to the treatment plan based on guest responses and feedback.
Qualifications
- Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
- Newly credentialed graduates are welcome to apply.
