Job Summary
Join our team of dedicated and experienced therapists at Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 123-bed facility providing short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing services, and long-term care in Winchester, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients, promoting excellence of rehab care and interdisciplinary cooperation
- Evaluate patients in a timely fashion, developing appropriate plans of treatment and goals
- Provide treatment as indicated by the plan of treatment, communicating with other disciplines and staff as necessary
- Document patient progress and treatment in accordance with Medicare, facility, and payor source guidelines
- Participate in family conferences and record all required documentation and treatment charges in a timely fashion
