About the Role

The Occupational Therapist in Home Health assesses and evaluates patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and home environment to develop effective therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within legal scope and evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate patient needs and functional abilities, consulting with physicians for care planning.
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to healthcare team members.
• Conduct assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests.

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
