- Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment.
- Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) and OT and COTA students.
- Conduct individual patient therapy regimens and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
Qualifications
- Experience in critical illness recovery settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
- $34.00 to $52.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday.
Sign-On Bonus
- $10,000 sign-on bonus.
