  • Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment.
  • Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) and OT and COTA students.
  • Conduct individual patient therapy regimens and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.

Requirements

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in critical illness recovery settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

  • $34.00 to $52.00 per hour.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday - Friday.

Sign-On Bonus

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus.
