Occupational Therapist, PRN

Position Summary

Cedar Ridge is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join their in-house rehabilitation team in Farmington, NM. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical and cognitive abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on independence and safety
• Provide occupational-based interventions, including ADL training, adaptive equipment use, and cognitive support
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Current Occupational Therapist license in New Mexico
• New graduates welcome to apply
