Job Summary
Ensures delivery of services aligned with the hospital's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Performs evaluations
- Conducts activity programs
- Assists in planning and implementing treatment for individuals with psychosocial dysfunction
- Provides supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Applies age-appropriate knowledge to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Less than 2 years of experience preferred
- CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
- Initial OT certification by AOTA or NBCOT
- Valid Maryland Occupational Therapist license
