Occupational Therapist- PRN

About the role

The Occupational Therapist SE NEX position at Navicent Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a part-time, benefits-eligible role with occasional weekend and holiday requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of relevant experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
• Experience with patient assessment tools and equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay

$38.20 - $57.30 per hour based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.

Schedule

PRN - with occasional weekend and holiday requirements.
