Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations according to standards and recommended techniques
• Establish, implement, and adapt an individualized treatment plan of care, including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency
• Document accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
• Current NYS OT license and registration
• Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy experience required (new graduates who completed a clinical rotation in inpatient rehab are welcome to apply)
• Ability to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals
• Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills

Pay

Pay Range: $41.51–$53.72 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary based on location.
