Occupational Therapist- Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Pick up shifts at both Sylvania and Oregon locations, as needed.
• Provide compassionate, excellent treatment to patients during their recovery process.
• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment.
• Serve as a supervisor for certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) and OT and COTA students.
• Maintain oversight of patients' responses to treatment.
• Attend continuing education seminars and in-services.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment.
