Emerge Pediatric Therapy is a women-owned and therapist-owned small business providing therapeutic services to support children and their families in the Triangle Area. Founded over 20 years ago, the company has expanded to include multiple locations in Cary, Carrboro, and Durham.
Responsibilities
- Complete therapy sessions in a fun and creative way that adheres to best practices.
- Document sessions thoroughly and submit accurate billing charges in a timely manner.
- Maintain the company’s reputation by delivering beneficial and neurodiversity-affirming treatment sessions.
- Educate clients and families about the plan of care to ensure consistent progress.
- Achieve career goals within set timelines.
- Prepare discharge summaries upon completion of care.
- Gather and review parent recommendations.
- Promote the company positively in the community.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Possess an active NC therapy license.
