BAYADA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and empowering families through compassionate and flexible occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments such as homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred

• Effective communication and documentation skills
