Occupational Therapist- Pediatric Visits

About the role

BAYADA is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
