Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Therapy Team

About the role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children ages 0–18 in clinic settings, schools, and Missouri First Steps programs. You will help children improve fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual motor integration, coping skills, self-care abilities, and functional independence while collaborating closely with a supportive team of pediatric specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services for children ages 0–18
• Address fine motor development, sensory processing, and self-regulation skills
• Support visual motor integration, self-care skills, and coping strategies
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Work in clinic settings, schools, and Missouri First Steps programs
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Educate and support families throughout the therapy process
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Create engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy sessions

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license required
• Passion for working with pediatric patients ages 0–18
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to family-centered and patient-centered care
• Experience in pediatric therapy settings preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 – $75,000 annually. Compensation based on experience and qualifications. Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus available.
