Requirements
- Nevada State License as a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current BLS certification
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a university program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) academic and intern requirements for competence
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs
- Proficiency in treatment planning and implementation
