Occupational Therapist - Part Time/PRN

About the role

The Occupational Therapists at our organization are key members of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing therapy to children and families. They are responsible for delivering high-quality care in various treatment areas including a large sensory motor gym, a mock apartment, and private rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate different learning styles and environments.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Current Certification with NBCOT.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle challenging situations and find creative solutions.
• Motivation to achieve productivity goals and support company growth.
