Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Neuro
Work Schedule
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay
This position may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required. Work Experience: 2 years prior relevant experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications: Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months.

Invested in the evaluation and treatment of patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and movement disorders in an ambulatory setting. Requirements
Provides coverage in neurology multidisciplinary clinics. Additional patient care areas include adult sensory processing, concussion, functional neurologic disorder, clinical driver readiness evaluations.
