About the Role

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team in East Lansing, MI. This role offers a great work-life balance with flexible hours, working with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.

You’ll have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. This position allows you to market the clinic, create your own schedule, and work independently.

Schedule

• Flexible hours, Monday to Friday
• No weekends or evenings
• Full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities available

Residents are treated in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, eliminating the need to travel to external locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings
• Market the clinic and create your own schedule
• Work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Adopt a patient-centered approach to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain one in the state of practice
• Previous experience in outpatient settings preferred
• New graduates are welcomed
