Occupational Therapist - OTR - Full Time

About the role

Symbria’s Rehab Team at Souderton Mennonite Home of Living Branches in Souderton, PA is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join as an employee-owner. This position focuses on delivering patient-centered care to the geriatric population in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that includes skilled nursing, short-term rehab, outpatient services, personal care, independent living, and a home health partnership on campus.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, including supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Act as a trusted partner to the community, helping patients achieve critical outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• Available for a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.
