Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be a part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.
• Provide excellent care for our patients.
• Provide excellent customer service to our patients and family members.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients.
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
• Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
