Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team on a per diem/PRN basis. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a variety of settings, including private and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapy (OTR) licensure in the State of Missouri.
• Experience in Occupational Therapy in a skilled nursing, senior living, or related setting preferred.
