About the role

Aegis Therapies, a leader in rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated team at Metropolis Nursing & Rehabilitation in Metropolis, IL.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, particularly in geriatrics.

Qualifications

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The position offers a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week.
