Occupational Therapist (OT) - Weekend Part-Time

Volare Health is seeking a Weekend Occupational Therapist to support three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This part-time role is ideal for a clinician who values variety, autonomy, and direct patient impact through evaluations and care.

Schedule

• Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays
• Flexible hours based on facility needs
• Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts if desired

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing
• Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Accurate and timely completion of documentation and billing
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
