Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice
- Active Certification from the NBCOT
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $95,160-$112,320, with a potential sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 available to eligible candidates. Details about the bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.

This role involves providing home-based services in a condensed geographic area, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate family and personal commitments.
