About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. The position involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families. Responsibilities include being responsive and individualizing treatment plans, working in a supportive rehab environment, and addressing a variety of diseases and impairments using progressive treatment modalities.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
