Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (required).Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.Prior telehealth occupational therapy experience required.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility teams.Proficiency with electronic medical records and telehealth technology.
