Responsibilities
- Provide OT services in a skilled nursing setting to support functional independence
- Address challenges in cognition, motor skills, vision, and daily living tasks
- Use evidence-based interventions to improve safety and performance
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team
Requirements
- Tennessee OT license
- Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
- SNF and Medicare experience a plus
