Occupational Therapist / OT - PRN

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills

• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
