Occupational Therapist / OT - PRN

About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor progress against plan, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other departments to ensure clear understanding and support.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards, and maintain accurate records of project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle complex issues, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
