Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a part-time opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) at Menomonee Falls Health Services, a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress towards goals.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Wisconsin.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Completion of state licensing requirements.
- CPR certification.
Skills
- Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
