About the role

Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital is a 53-bed facility located in Germantown, Tennessee, part of Lifepoint Health, a diverse healthcare network with locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance daily living skills and improve functional independence.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients' recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to create comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• A graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification.

Pay

Base compensation plus comprehensive benefits package.
