Occupational Therapist(OT)-Flexible Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Novi, MI.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve function for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position offers a very flexible 20 hour per week schedule, which will grow to full-time in the near future.
