Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents’ conditions and developing personalized occupational therapy plans
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching to alleviate pain
• Assisting residents with daily tasks and monitoring their progress
• Supervising occupational therapy assistants
• Maintaining resident confidentiality and ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare team members to support resident care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current OT license in the relevant state
