Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Track progress and deliver therapy according to Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals
- Complete documentation and progress notes
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy program
- Hold initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Maintain a valid, unencumbered state occupational therapy license
- Obtain necessary DOH approval
