How You Will Make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists collaborate closely with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certification as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
