Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking Occupational Therapists to provide pediatric home health services across Arizona. Key responsibilities include evaluating pediatric patients, developing treatment plans, delivering skilled occupational therapy, documenting services, educating caregivers, and participating in care planning. Supervision of a COTA is optional. Qualifications required are a current Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, a driver’s license, dependable transportation, and strong organizational skills.
