Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust treatment programs as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with team members
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing in a timely manner
• Apply problem-solving skills to support patient progress
• Perform other assigned duties to support patient care

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist license as per state requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Proficiency in documentation, billing, and meeting productivity standards
