Occupational Therapist **On-site**
About the role
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Our team partners with school districts across the country to provide essential services to students.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and daily living skill needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' ability to access and succeed in their educational environments.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students individually or in small groups, aligned with their IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom modifications, accommodations, and interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and documentation of student progress.
- Educate and support staff and families on strategies for generalization and carryover of therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, treatment sessions, and communications.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, tools, and techniques in school-based OT.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state where services will be provided.
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet students’ individual needs in dynamic school environments.

Pay
W2 employment with weekly pay. Option for 12-month salaried pay if starting at the beginning of the school year. Clinicians starting later in the year may receive prorated salary or hourly pay.
